KeyUp

Remove an intimate image

If an intimate image of you was shared on KeyUp without your consent, you can ask us to remove it. You do not need a KeyUp account. We remove it within 48 hours of your request. Someone you trust, such as a parent, lawyer or support worker, can also ask for you.

How to ask

Send an email to this address: [email protected]

Please include:

  1. Where it is. A link, or a description: the Space or chat, the name of the person who shared it, and about when. Give what you can. We will look for it.
  2. A statement that the image shows you, and that it was shared without your consent. If you are asking for someone else, say that you are allowed to act for them.
  3. Your name, typed at the end of your message, as your signature.
  4. How to reach you, such as an email address or phone number, so we can tell you when it is done.

Please do not attach the image. A description is enough.

What we do

If you are in danger now, call your local emergency number first.
